Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other medical treatments as ordered by physicians. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and healthcare teams. Monitor resident conditions, report changes, and maintain accurate records of care, medications, and treatment plans. Participate in staff training programs and collaborate with professionals to ensure optimal care. Requires active Missouri LPN licensure, long-term care experience, and CPR certification. Full-time day and night shifts with rotating weekends and increased shift differential pay up to $4/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
- Experience working in a long-term care/senior living or related field
- Current CPR certification
