Job Summary
Provide comprehensive nursing care across integrated behavioral health, addiction medicine, and primary care settings in Central Florida. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and MAT, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, offering counseling and psychoeducation, conducting follow-up visits, maintaining accurate medical records, and pursuing ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN) in Florida
- Experience working in integrated healthcare settings, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and/or primary care
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders, addiction treatment modalities, and physical health
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, non-judgmental, and patient-centered approach to care
