Job Summary
Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team. Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes promptly. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards. Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families. Full-time and Part-time opportunities available with 7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm, or 11 pm - 7 am shifts. $30 - $45 per hour including up to $2 shift differential and daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to care for and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical judgment
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
