Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents at Arbors at Marietta, documenting conditions and implementing physician orders accurately. Administer medications, perform treatments, and ensure supplies and equipment are maintained safely. Supervise and direct junior staff, including CNAs, while assigning care based on resident needs and capabilities. Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, interview applicants, and recommend hires within state practice act limits. Report pertinent observations regarding residents and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
