Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Coordinate and provide nursing care for residents while supervising and directing junior staff members. Assign nursing care to team members, implement physicians' orders, and administer medications in accordance with state and federal regulations. Document resident conditions, reactions, and treatments, ensuring supplies are maintained and equipment is clean. Participate in orientation and in-service training for personnel, interview applicants, and recommend hires within the scope of the state practice act. This role supports Arbors at Stow's specialized Behavioral Health and Dementia Care services for residents with memory loss and mood disorders.
