Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) coordinates and provides nursing care for residents and provides supervision and guidance to clinical staff. Administers medications and performs treatments, documents residents’ conditions and physicians’ orders, and coordinates nursing care with therapy and other departments. Supervises, directs, and evaluates junior staff and CNAs; participates in orientation and in-service training; ensures supplies and equipment are maintained and used efficiently; interviews applicants and participates in hires. Strong communication, teamwork, and emergency-response abilities are essential. This role is based in Fairlawn, OH with compensation starting at $31.50-$40.50 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
