Job Summary
Provide medication management and skilled nursing procedures for residents in compliance with state regulations. Implement residents' personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences, and routines while assisting in training and monitoring medication care administration. Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention, and monitor caregiver performance to assure quality care. Demonstrate organizational skills for time management and maintain a compassionate, professional demeanor representing the community. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations as part of the day shift or swing shift.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Active and unencumbered Practical Nursing License
- Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
- Weekend Availability Required
