Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, manage medications, and document resident condition changes while promoting physical and psychosocial well-being. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and foster teamwork with nursing and facility staff to ensure coordinated care. Work full-time evening shifts or part-time day/evening shifts earning $34-$38/hour plus a $4/hour evening differential. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
