Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications and promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and foster teamwork with nursing and facility staff to ensure coordinated care. Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
