Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications proficiently. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by creating a comforting atmosphere through meaningful engagement with their life stories. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care that exceeds resident needs. Work in full-time evening/night or part-time day shifts within a skilled nursing environment recognized for high quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
