Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications for our skilled nursing residents. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors by creating a comforting atmosphere and developing meaningful relationships through life stories. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating leadership and teamwork to exceed resident needs. Maintain excellent interpersonal communication while upholding C.A.R.E. values of compassion, accountability, relationships, and excellence. Full-time and part-time night or evening shifts available with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
