Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments, manage medications, and document resident condition changes daily. Promote physical and psychosocial well-being by learning life stories and creating a comforting atmosphere. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care while supporting the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Work full-time across all shifts at Willowdale Village, a senior care facility serving Indiana residents with a legacy of Hoosier hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
