Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications proficiently. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents by learning their life stories, routines, and preferences to foster meaningful relationships. Create a comforting atmosphere through supportive presence and collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care. Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
- Proficient medication management skills
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
