Provide basic nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory patient setting under provider supervision, assisting with examinations, procedures, and patient education on physical, emotional, and cultural needs. Arrange diagnostic testing appointments, document vital statistics, obtain medical histories, and administer prescribed medications per protocol. Maintain medical supply stock, prepare and clean exam rooms, and manage clinically related telephone communications. Complete required compliance training, attend department meetings, and serve as a role model for the care team.
