Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Ambulatory, Keystone Family Medicine, FT, Day

Provide basic nursing care in a non-acute ambulatory setting under provider supervision, assisting with examinations, procedures, and patient education while maintaining medical supply stock and equipment. Monitor and document vital statistics, obtain patient histories, and arrange appointments for diagnostic testing and referrals. Administer prescribed oral and injectable medications as directed, prepare and clean exam rooms, and manage clinically related communications. Complete required compliance training, attend department meetings, and serve as a role model for the care team.
