Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's treatment plan. Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team. Administer medications and prescribed treatments per the plan of care and facility policies. Monitor residents' conditions, report changes promptly to supervising staff, and respond to clinical needs. Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards. Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and families. Requires a current, unencumbered active LPN license in New Jersey and valid BLS Certification. Full-time shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with per diem available for all shifts and daily pay.
