Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans, administering medications, treatments, and physician orders. Perform resident assessments, wound care, and accurate clinical documentation while monitoring changes in resident condition. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during daily clinical operations and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure outstanding resident outcomes. Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Full-time and part-time shifts available, including day and night options with 12-hour rotations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
