Job Summary
Administer medications and treatments safely, monitor residents for condition changes, and perform nursing assessments. Assist with wound care, collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants. Maintain accurate electronic documentation while delivering resident-centered care and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available, including day, evening, and night rotations with 12-hour options. Same-day pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires.
Required Qualifications
- Current Tennessee LPN License
