Job Summary
Administer medications correctly, set up sterile fields, and perform equipment disinfection and sterilization while ensuring compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations. Complete all required documentation accurately and communicate daily clinical and surgical schedules with physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators. Provide the highest level of patient care and service, assisting in all aspects of the clinical and surgical environment to increase physician patient retention. Maintain tact and maturity when interacting with diverse personalities, completing other projects as determined by Clinical Leadership Members. Full-time position based in one of our 30+ premium locations across the United States and Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license from New York
- Current ACLS
- Current IV certification
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed
- High energy with a strong focus on patient-care and patient-experience
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
- Push/pull/lift up to 50 pounds
