Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in their homes, focusing entirely on personalized, compassionate patient interaction. Deliver daily diagnostic and therapeutic interventions while maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships with individuals in the comfort of their residences. Manage 8-12 hour shifts across day, overnight, and weekend schedules with flexible availability. Maintain an active Connecticut LPN license, current BLS certification, and a valid driver's license. Complete required pre-employment screenings including physical exams and infectious disease testing. Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license

- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
