Job Summary
Per Diem LPN in home care across Westchester County offering flexible scheduling; provide skilled nursing care in clients' homes, including 12-hour day shifts and overnight shifts, and skilled nursing visits. Requires active NY LPN license and BLS, with a minimum of 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred). Flexibility to choose shifts; opportunity to build one-on-one patient relationships; driving preferred. Compensation is $40/hour or $125 per visit.
Required Qualifications
- Active New York State LPN license
- current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in an acute care setting (home care experience preferred)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Recent physical exam (within 1 year)
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
- MMR immunizations within the last 10 years
