Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at TaraVista Behavioral Health in Devens, MA, part-time 24-hour evening shift (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm) with weekend/holiday rotation. You will care for individuals with psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment needs, work under the direction of an RN, and help maintain a safe therapeutic milieu. Responsibilities include direct patient care, supporting families, applying behavioral-health treatment modalities, developing therapeutic relationships while maintaining boundaries, and contributing to crisis intervention and de-escalation efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State of Massachusetts
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of behavior health and substance use disorders treatment modalities
- Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries
- Previous experience is preferred in psychiatric, or substance use disorders inpatient care, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
