Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for part-time, 24-hour day shift at TaraVista in Devens, MA. Provide direct care to patients with psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment needs under RN supervision. Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu and apply behavior health knowledge, crisis intervention, de-escalation, and restraint-reduction techniques. Prior inpatient psychiatric/substance use experience preferred. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plan, LTD, life insurance, PTO, FSA, tuition reimbursement; compensation based on experience in the range $32.95–$45.00 per hour (annualized to $68,536–$93,600). Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the State of Massachusetts
- CPR certification
