Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for TaraVista in Devens, MA provides direct care to patients in psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment as part of a multidisciplinary team. Under RN supervision, the LPN maintains a safe therapeutic milieu, supports patients and families, and applies crisis intervention and de-escalation skills. Requires MA LPN license and CPR certification; prior psychiatric/inpatient behavioral health or substance use disorder experience preferred. New grads are encouraged to apply. Schedule is Part Time 24 hours with Day Shift (7:00a-3:30p) including weekend/holiday rotation; compensation ranges from $32.95 to $44.99 per hour, plus benefits (Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k) match, LTD, life/ADD insurance, PTO, FSA, Tuition Reimbursement).
