Job Summary
LPN provides one-on-one home health care for adult and pediatric clients in home settings. Shifts include Days, Evenings or Overnight (8s, 10s, or 12-hour shifts) with PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time options. Training from day one in office, home, and online; electronic charting (Statewise); round-the-clock clinical support by phone. Required Qualifications
