Job Summary
Acute Rehab LPN responsibilities include organizing and delivering nursing care for a group of patients with varying needs, planning and directing care, bedside nursing, documenting patient progress and interventions per hospital policies, and promoting an inclusive environment. Requires active Indiana LPN license, 2 years of related experience, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency with vital signs and medication administration, and compliance with BLS and TB testing.
