Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Acute Care - Progressive Care - Intermediate Care Units - Perrysburg Medical Center

Deliver safe and efficient care to patients using nursing interventions and assist with care at the direction of a Registered Nurse, physician, or advanced practice nurse. Implement the plan of care by providing direct basic nursing care, perform phlebotomy services, and contribute to the plan of care with input from the patient, family, and healthcare team. Administer ordered medications and treatments within scope of practice while using appropriate medical equipment as needed. Complete general clinical and clerical duties associated with direct and indirect patient care. Work scheduled weekly hours of 36 on nights in the Progressive Care, Intermediate Care Units, or Acute Care settings at Perrysburg Medical Center.
