Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Acute Care

Provide direct patient care in the Acute Care Unit under RN or physician supervision, including peripheral IV starts, dressing changes, and medication administration. Execute physician orders, document care in electronic records, and evaluate patient progress toward goals. Maintain open communication with the care team, ensure equipment and supplies are stocked, and identify safety risks. Precept new employees and students while assisting with educational activities and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Perform other related tasks as required, adhering to all policies and procedures. Full-time overnight shift with up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.
