Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Acute Care in Emergency Department. Provides nursing care under direction of RN/Physician, records patient data, monitors status, administers medications per policy, documents care plans and patient education, and supports room/unit orientation. Supervisory scope is non-management; reports to supervisor/manager. Requires completion of an LPN program and an active LPN license; one year of LPN experience preferred or acceptable alternatives per Prisma Health. Night shift; Greenville Memorial Hospital, ER Department.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing
- Holds a current LPN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State
- Experience - One (1) year experience as an LPN or acceptable substitutions as listed in posting
