Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Accura HealthCare of Lake City, you will provide quality care to residents while ensuring all applicable laws, regulations, and company standards are met. You will work in a 46-bed skilled nursing facility, with full-time or part-time schedules including daytime and overnight shifts (6a-6p and 6p-6a). The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care, adherence to nursing practices and state guidelines, and supporting residents’ well-being. Starting pay is $27.00 per hour with shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, and education assistance. The position requires an active LPN license without restrictions and the ability to perform essential nursing functions. Required Qualifications
- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures as well as the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions
