Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care to residents in a 76-bed SNF, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. This full-time LPN role requires a current LPN license, 12-hour shifts, a competitive hourly wage DOE ($26.50-$32.50), and a commitment to resident-focused care within Accura HealthCare’s Midwest-based community. Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care, adhering to state guidelines and facility policies, and supporting residents’ quality of life.
