Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care, administer medications, perform assessments, and complete clinical documentation. Monitor resident conditions, notify physicians of changes, and supervise nursing assistants while ensuring compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident health, comfort, and dignity. Work day, evening, or night shifts in full-time, part-time, or PRN roles at Valley Nursing Healthcare, a Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Taylorsville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification

- One (1) year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
