Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care, administering medications, performing assessments, and completing accurate clinical documentation. Monitor residents' conditions, promptly notify physicians of significant changes, and supervise Nursing Assistants while ensuring compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote resident health, comfort, and dignity in a safe, compassionate environment. Work day, evening, or night shifts in full-time, part-time, or PRN roles at Valley Nursing Healthcare, a Certified Great Place to Work offering education assistance and career advancement from CNA to RN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification
