Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to each resident's individualized plan of care, administering medications, performing assessments, delivering wound care, and completing accurate clinical documentation. Monitor residents' conditions to promptly notify physicians of significant changes while supervising Nursing Assistants and supporting outstanding resident care. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations. Promote a safe, compassionate, and resident-centered environment that prioritizes the health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life of every resident entrusted to our care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
- Current, active, unrestricted North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
- Current CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) year of Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
