Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lake Ridge Care Center provides nursing care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident health, and oversees nursing staff on the assigned shift. Responsibilities include coordinating and providing resident-related care, documenting care using medication administration/charting software, notifying the Clinical Manager/physicians/family of significant changes, and ensuring adherence to policies. Required Qualifications
- Must hold and maintain Minnesota Nursing license
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
