Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents, record health details including vitals, and administer medications as needed. Treat and dress wounds, help residents with personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and maintain resident dignity in a 200-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Earn $29–$33 plus a $0.75 night shift differential with flexible full-time, part-time, or per-diem schedules. Requires a valid NY State LPN license in good standing with the State Registry.
