Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver exceptional nursing services at Hillcrest & Hermitage Care & Rehab. Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants, ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards, and maintain written policies. Must possess an active LPN license in the state of residence and current CPR certification. Night shift differential of $8/hour is offered; full-time positions with a $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 26 payments. Responsibilities include providing quality patient care, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.
