Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 5000 Bonus

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while monitoring resident responses. Manage medication supplies, equipment, and documentation using computerized software. Notify clinical managers, physicians, and families of significant condition changes and follow up as necessary. Maintain a courteous attitude toward residents, families, and staff. Perform additional duties as required. Work every other weekend and holiday evenings from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM for 16 hours per pay period. Earn $27 to $31.33 per hour with evening and night shift differentials plus a $5,000 bonus.
