Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Westhaven provides hands-on nursing care, administers medications and treatments, monitors resident health, and supports individualized care plans with the clinical team. Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing resident-related care, using computerized medication administration and charting software, and notifying clinical managers and families of significant changes. Qualifications include holding a current Iowa LPN license in good standing, CPR certification or willingness to obtain, and strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in Long Term Care is preferred.
