Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - $5,000 Hiring Incentive

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for nursing assessment, patient admissions, contributing to the Nursing Care Plan under RN supervision, administering nursing care, monitoring patients (vital signs, neurological checks, cardiac monitoring with 12-lead EKG), venipuncture and phlebotomy, IV therapy, medication administration, wound care, discharge planning, patient education, and other duties as assigned. Includes performing nursing procedures, assisting with ambulation, respiratory care, specimen collection, and documentation in medical records in accordance with ABN guidelines and hospital policy. Must hold Alabama LPN license and have at least one year of hospital experience preferred.
