Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - 3PM -11PM

Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily living as ordered by a physician. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status while maintaining up-to-date and accurate medical records during the 3PM to 11PM tour of duty. Ensure all duties align with professional standards, facility policies, and the scope of practice.
