Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition while managing medications proficiently. Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through supportive presence, creating a comforting atmosphere and fostering meaningful relationships. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating leadership within the care team to exceed resident needs. Maintain excellent interpersonal communication to support a respectful work environment aligned with C.A.R.E. values. Requires current Indiana LPN license, geriatric nursing passion, and proficiency in medication management. Flexible schedule options include 8, 12, and 16-hour shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana
