Job Summary
Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care for medically fragile patients in home and school settings, including management of G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and central lines; monitor patient condition and respond to changes; educate patients and families on care plans; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Active LPN license in Georgia or through the Nurse Licensure Compact is required, with a minimum of one year of LPN experience and current BLS certification; physical ability to perform extended shifts and assist with patient mobility. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, or PRN, with cases available near the caregiver’s home and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in Georgia or Nurse Licensure Compact
- A minimum of one year of LPN experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or equivalent
- Valid PPD skin test
