Job Summary
LPN provides physical, psychological, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions of care under the direction of an RN across rehabilitation and medically complex nursing units. Duties include medical treatments, telemetry monitoring, ventilator support and weaning, LVAD patient care, and management of patients with spinal cord injury, stroke, and traumatic brain injury. Evening shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm), 32 hours per week, every other weekend and holiday rotation. CT LPN license and BLS certification required.
