Job Summary
Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while supervising day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility. Maintain the highest degree of quality and compassionate care while ensuring all documentation meets accuracy and confidentiality standards. This role supports a 97-bed facility offering short-term rehabilitative and long-term care, featuring a $10,000 sign-on bonus, evening shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package including tuition forgiveness and PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR Certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
