Licensed Practical Nurse LPN 2nd Shift Part Time PT

Administer prescribed medications with 100% accuracy, including checking orders, counting controlled substances, and ensuring correct dosage without pre-pouring. Provide hands-on care for residents' activities of daily living, assist with admissions, and respond promptly to resident and family requests. Supervise non-licensed nursing staff by training, assigning work, appraising performance, and addressing complaints while reviewing incident reports with the Director of Resident Services. Maintain accurate documentation in ECC and LNS logs, service plans, and progress notes, ensuring clear, timely communications and adherence to ALF regulations and HIPAA standards.
