Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in the home. Work closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver consistent care while adhering to CDC safety guidelines and clear plans of care. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and TB testing, plus complete required Alzheimer's training. Earn a $2,500 sign-on bonus subject to eligibility and interview discussion. Join a team prioritizing nurse safety with 24/7 clinical support, PPE provided at every visit, and flexible scheduling through an employee portal.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
