Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients with tracheostomy and ventilator needs in the home. Work directly with registered nurses and clinical leadership to support patients with focused, uninterrupted care. Maintain current active Florida LPN licensure, BLS CPR certification, and TB testing while completing required Alzheimer's training. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
