Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the home under the oversight of a registered nurse. Support patients with specific clinical needs while collaborating with clinical leadership to ensure consistent, focused delivery. Maintain patient safety by adhering to CDC guidelines and utilizing provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Complete required training such as the 2-hour DOEA Approved Alzheimer's course and hold a current active Florida LPN license with a valid BLS CPR card. Participate in a preceptor program and earn CEU credits through available training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
