Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Work closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership to deliver clear plans of care aligned with CDC safety guidelines. Support patients with Alzheimer's training while utilizing provided PPE and masks during visits. This role offers stability and meaningful patient relationships within a clinical team focused on nurse safety and success. Candidates receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus, paid time off, medical/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan. Weekly pay and direct deposit are included, along with CEU credits, training opportunities, and a preceptor program.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active FloridaLPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
